Not so gd news AGAIN!

just received sms from sil...

"Mum admitted again at SGH.Blk X,Level X, ward XX,Rm X,bed X (isolation room) due to leg infection, maybe need to amputate again..."

this is dunno XX times within 6mths le...the last round was ..hmmmm...in nov? i oso lost count le...hope this wont be another round of long stay..haiz....

XMAS n BDAY Celebration Part 3

reached home n got a surprise from daniel..he bought a logcake as my bday cake..hehehe...tot he wont buy le since i went to ethel's plc to celebrate...so we had another round of cake cutting...and as usual...ian was so fast...we havent even finished the bday song..he already blew the candles...hahahhaha....

XMAS n BDAY Celebration Part 2

was at ikea till 3plus...after that we went back home...reached home abt 410pm..and i rushed like mad again..hahaha....at 430pm..carole sms-ed me ...she was waiting for me downstairs...i tompang her car to ethel's place...Thanks Carole...

When we reached ethel's place, theresa was already there with kaylyn..and ethel was making jedd nap..her helper was busy preparing the feast..hehehe...so as usual..the adults busy eating n chatting while the kids busy creating havoc..and yes...the food...so yummy..and they prepared so much food...and oso some snacks brought by others...yummy yummy...and so nice of ethel..she got a log cake as my bday cake leh..and the cake was yummy too...lilian's ger, celeste had a great time with us at the dining area...till lilian had to chase her off to the playroom...cos she ate tooooooo much(according to lilian lah)..this was the conversation between ethel's mum n celeste..

Celeste : aunty, i want to eat this leh *pointing to the cake*
ep's mum: u can eat..i cut for u..
Celeste: but u dun tell my mummy , ok?

somehow lilian heard the conversation

lilian: ooi...wat? celeste u still eating?
ep's mum: let her eat lah *celeste already attacked the cake*
lilian: how many rounds u wanna eat? u hv been eating nonstop leh..how many pcs of cakes u took? chocolates?
me, ep, carole: LET HER EAT LAH...
me: hahaha...u damn jialat, eat oso worried, dun eat oso worried...
ep: i let the boys eat anything as long as he puts food into his mouth...hahaha...

while celeste still attacking other food on the table...

when we reached home...so 'qiao' saw michelle n family at my place..hahaha...they went to west plaza to stock up diapers n milk powder..hahhaha...and she wished me happy brthday too...thanks mich...too bad u cant join us...next round ok?

XMAS n BDAY Celebration Part 1

Yesterday was funz..


went ikea for lunch with Jenn's family...was asking jenn that day...

me: u think ikea alot of ppl bo?
jenn: hmm...no lah..xmas day leh...where got ppl go ikea one?
me: who knows..we are planning to go there right?
jenn: u think all no life like us ah?
me: oh..ok...

then when we were on our way there...jenn called...

me: hello
jenn: ooi charboh...very crowded leh...
me: huh? u mean the ikea cafe ah? crowded? tot u said no one will go there on xmas day?
jenn: aiya..who knows so crowded??? im waiting for seats...
me: hahahha..that means East side ppl all no life LIKE US....hahahhha
jenn: si charboh...faster lah...
me: ok ok...already reached liao lah....

when we reached..really loh...crowded sia...how come all chiong to ikea?? ahahha

we had a table of food...pengz...chicken wings..poached salmon...pasta..mini burgers..nuggets..seafood rings...

and kayden is isaac's new fan leh....he loves isaac so much that he kept kissing him..hehe..and they both hugz n hugz....hahaha...iin fact..isaac is idol to most kids...but definitely not to ian..hahahaha..

thks buddy!!!! i love ur solid bday pressie..and thanks for the xmas pressies for the boys...i tell u hor..isaac was so delighted when he saw the pressie...he loves it so much that he placed it beside him on the bed...hahahhaa....

wat am i doing at this hour? it's nearly 3 am...and yes...i am blogging at 3am! all becos of a cup of SUPER 3-in-1 kopi that i took yesterday afternoon..sianz...

today is my bird-day leh...how old am i? hmm...34 loh...but there will be no celebration leh..hehe...was chatting with jenn yesterday afternoon...she asked me wat gift will i be getting from daniel..i told her..nothing..cos for so many yrs le..no gift leh...and this yr wont be any difference...she said maybe daniel will give me surprise...a solid pressie...SOOOOOOOOOOOO...i was waiting for him to reach home..and he bought dinner for me..SPRING CHICKEN with WHITE RICE...hmmm....so that supposed to be my xmas feast? and the surprise he had for me..was...SLEPT AT 10pm plus(but not new to me though)!!! so i was alone with the boys at living room...till11+..asked them to go bed ..and daniel was still snoring away when the clock 'struck' at 12am...YES..he did not wake up to wish me happy birthday leh...haiz..真无趣.... i was still awake at 130am...and decided to on the laptop...and was surfing till this hour...haiz...I REALLY GOT NO LIFE MANZ...anyway, Merry Xmas to all...and hope that 今天会是精彩的一天！

Mil's 83th birthday

20 dec 2008 - mil''s 83th birthday and maybe oso the last time we celebrated her bday for her too. she was admitted quite a few times within the past 6 mths...and the longest stay in SGH was abt 3mths...she was in n out of SGH very often and we were told by the doctor that less than 30% of her heart is functioning..and was told that she dun hv much time left..

so last week my sil sms-ed us..
This sat(20/12) is Ah Mah's 83th birthday. Please try to attend as this will be her last birthday celebration.

wah..when i saw the message..suddenly felt so sad..

so on sat, almost 3/4 of the family members attended. a few was bz at work, unable to take leave...some came for a while..some didnt appear at all( i dunno why too)..but afterall, was quite enjoyable...mil was the STAR of the day...and all took turns to take pix with her...(fyi, we dun hv bday cake n pix taken for the past few yrs on her bday, but this yr...we had cake n lots of pix taken)

ard 9+pm, we went PUB 7(KTV) located at Hillview Terrace..we really enjoyed ourselves...and of cos my 2 boys enjoyed themselves...

Shaun's bday

13 dec was shuan'was 15th yr old bday...we went over ard to his place at Jurong West ard 12plus...once reached we saw a table full of snacks..like fried nuggets, fried beehoon,fried chicken wings,cheese toufu,taiwan sausages...etc. As usual the boys chiong to play with the cousins..and me? of cos eating lah..hahaha...

look carefully...see ian so enthu...he wanna blow the candles...and someone has to stop him!!!

刮痧

last sunday at mil's place, daniel complained abt bodyache/headache/sore throat etc...my 2nd sil said maybe he was too heaty le..so she suggested 刮痧. This was the result of his HEATINESS...Ian kept pointing to his back n said 痛痛，daddy痛痛。。。

34th this year

this year i(mummy) will be 34 years old...hmm...another 8 days...will be xmas day..and of cos my birthday...but as usual wont be getting any surprise from daniel...as in already expected no xmas gift and of cos no bday gift lah..been like that for the past few xmas/birthday le...is another normal day to me...or i shld say like a normal weekend..cos daniel will be nua-ing at home whole day fighting to us laptop with me....haiz....

ISAAC's 7TH BIRTHDAY

today is korkor's 7th bday...daddy took leave and brought us out. becos he promised korkor to buy present for him and since we were going shopping, mummy said y dun we just go marina square for sesame street show..so we went out ard 11..and reached MS at 12pm. we were the 1st 40 families that could take pix with elmo n gang...wooooooooohoooooo.....mummy was so happy..hahhaa..on the way to MS, daddy still commented they wont be so many ppl watching since it was a weekday n 1pm show...but..but...when we reached ...already got ppl queueing le...finally time for the show...i was engrossed and excited...before the gang appeared, we had some Q&A...korkor was the 1st one who went on stage to answer the 1st question...and he got a sesame street folder...we were all so happy! overall....it was a nice show..considered that it was FREE! very entertaining...SHIOK!

after the show..we went to get korkor's gift..we went straight to toys dept and get his bakugan...actually mummy n daddy dunno wats so great abt that toy...somemore the little balls n the shooter..so EXPENSIVE! the shooter itself costs $20 leh..and the few balls $30...pengz...but daddy promised korkor...so buy loh...

from mummy: surprisingly daniel bought the toys for isaac despite the pricing..daniel didnt break his promise lah...so isaac was happily choosing colours of the balls..i am still wondering (till now) y that thingy soooooo ex loh...*scratch head*
